Bar Soap Description: My glycerine soap is made from pure vegetable oils & contains a high percentage of glycerine. Glycerine is known for its property to moisturize the skin. Other moisturizers & emollients are also used to ensure a gentle, non-drying cleansing bar. Many people have found that due to sensitive skin conditions my soap is the only bar they can use. Try my soaps & you will notice the wonderful difference a pure glycerine soap brings to your skin. These soaps are: •100% Pure Soap •Only the Finest Natural Vegetable Oil Recipe •20% Kosher Glycerine Added •Hypo-Allergenic •Non-Comedogenic •No Animal Testing •No Animal Products (unless you purchase goats milk soap) •No Detergents •No Sulfates •No Surfactants •No Alcohol •No Sugar solutions The actual ingredients in my soaps are: Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerine (kosher, of vegetable origin), Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan oleate (emulsifier), Oat protein (conditioner) and Titanium Dioxide (mineral whitener used in opaque soaps). They may also include goats milk, coconut milk, honey, herbs, seeds and other organic items as stated on the label. I use only commercial grade fragrance & essential oils to scent my soaps. The bar soaps have no colorant added to them. The fragrance & essential oils color these soaps naturally. Most floral or citrus scented soaps will be white, off white or have a light yellow color to them. Fragrance or essential oils that contain vanilla, spices or earthy scents such as patchouli or sandalwood may be a light tan color or even a pumpkin or brown color. Think about the color of vanilla extract. In order to have a white vanilla soap you have to add an ingredient like titanium oxide which is basically white paint. I refuse to make a gentle, natural bar of glycerine soap with high quality fragrance or essential oils & then add white paint to it just so the bar comes out white. The only soaps I add colorants to are the novelty soaps & those colorants are all FDA approved colorants specifically manufactured to be used in bath products. These soaps are a standard rectangular bar that measures approximately 3 1/2" long x 2 1/2" wide x 1" high. They are wrapped in unbleached muslin so your soap can "breath". After that, I wrap a cigar band of paper lace ribbon (colors of the paper lace vary) & finish the soap off with ingredient & scent labels. They average 3.75 to 4 oz each.
